RETURNS
 
Have confidence in ordering at KidsGuitarPro.com! If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days, less shipping costs. We must be notified within 5 days  upon delivery for all missing parts/shipping damages/wrong item or color products and 30 days for any defective parts. In the event that you need to return a product, please Contact Us for return instructions.

All returns must be authorized by KidsGuitarPro.com.  If necessary, return labels will be emailed to consignee directly. Consignee should keep any damaged item + packaging until UPS/USPS completes inspection or until our notification to discard is received.  


WARRANTIES

All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by KidsGuitarPro.com. Kids GuitarPro is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Kids Guitar Pro at no charge.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada pay actual shipping cost.  Please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly! 


We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed)

BACKORDERS

Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered, has been discontinued or is no longer available. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellations for an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Please e-mail support@kidsguitarpro.com to cancel an order.
