Shipment and Delivery

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except holidays. Estimated ground shipping delivery time is 3-5 days for most areas. For a guaranteed delivery timeframe, select 1- or 2-day air shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Orders ship only to physical addresses in the 50 United States (except APO and FPO addresses). Orders placed with P.O. Box addresses or addresses in foreign countries or U.S. territories will not be shipped until the shipping address is valid. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via 1- or 2-Day air methods.

Once an order has been shipped, its destination cannot be modified. If the order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address given, we can accept the return but we cannot refund the shipping charges.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and even Paypal..

We will need to verify your address as listed with your bank. If for any reason we are not able to verify your billing and shipping address, your order will not be shipped and your credit card will not be billed. Your card will not be charged until your order ships. Our secure server is guaranteed to be the best - and safest - way to shop, but we will also take your order by phone. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, or purchase orders. We do not offer an installment or a layaway plan, and we do not ship COD.

Cleaning Instructions

For guitars and amplifiers we recommend to spot clean them with a damp wash cloth. Do not sumberse in water as the hardware and electric wires could be desrotyed.  

 

But I'm left handed...

Not a problem! Jimi Hendrix was left handed, in common with many other successful guitarists before and since. Although some left handed players have learned to play right handed, and some have taken a right handed guitar and turned it upside down, nowadays most tend to use left handed guitars.However, at this time, we do not supply any left handed guitars for children.
